This Waiheke home was fully reclad, with decking around the pool area replaced.
There were significant improvements made to the tanking system (water proofing) of the existing structure as part of the reclad work.
There was also modifications made to the interior with refurbishment of the laundry and bathroom, with some redesign work done due to previous modifications not being up to standard.
